Sacred Cedar Centre is a gathering place for all indigenous and non indigenous youth and elders.
My name is Hwiemtun, English name Fred Roland.
I work with people from around the world teaching about Indigenous ways of life, from surviving in the wilderness to spiritual connection to the earth. I have been traveling to indigenous and non indigenous communities world wide for the past 30 years learning and sharing our culture. I work with people from all walks of life who want to learn, and have been doing this work mostly from word of mouth and just recently thorough media. The space I have built on the property is about 80% recycled material and a few small donations to get things going. We just need the basics to learn and it has been going well, children and adults enjoy the learning space.
